Happy New Year!
Today is the beginning of change for me. With every new year usually
comes personal goals and new endeavours. I woke up this morning very
excited to begin the new day/year. I have set goals that I believe would
change who I am from the inside out.
Today I begin:
Tao (Spirit)
P90X - 90-Day Extreme Workout (Body)
Eating Correctly - Based off of the instructions from
the P90X program.
Personal Meditation: 15 minutes per day. (Mind)
In order to do this I'm going to have to schedule my days accordingly.
This may be one of the most difficult things to do considering I own and
run my own business. You would think it would be easy considering I work
at home at, with my family's demands as well as things that have to be
done around the house I sometimes find it difficult to get my personal
things done.
But today that will change!
So follow along with me as I begin my journey today!

I feel I am off to a good start. I did my 45 minute workout after work
yesterday and I completed my first Tao step #1 ( see Spirit link for
details). My 15 minute meditation did not go so well because I
fell asleep. I'm going to have to start doing my meditation lightly
during the day in my office. I believe that will be much more effective
than trying to do it as I lay down to go to sleep at night.
I am a new subscriber to: Mother Earth News magazine. Let me tell you
that it is worth every penny! I want to start a beehive this spring and
within its pages it pointed me to a very simple setup that I can do
myself with very little effort. It is called: Top-Bar Beekeeping.
It even gave me a link to download the instructions via PDF. If
you are interested click
HERE. Also, if you would like to read the article, click
HERE.
I'm going to begin structuring this beehive when the weather gets a
little warmer. Or, if I just can't wait, I will drag everything into my
office and start building sooner than later. The idea to have the
beehive frame in the yard so when the bees swarm for a new location,
usually late spring to early summer, they will be aware of its location
and possibly set up shop there.
